About Ohi Racecourse/Tokyo City Keiba
Ohi Racecourse, also known as Tokyo City Keiba, was built in 1950.
Well known for its "Twinkle Races," which began in 1986, it is one of the most popular of the regional public racecourses.
Due to its popularity, 2003 saw the opening of the futuristic shaped "L-WING" stand as well as upgraded facilities.
The racecourse is twinned with Santa Anita Park in Arcadia, California, holding an annual "Santa Anita Week" each summer which features a one mile race named the G3 "Santa Anita Trophy".
